The people are very nice and friendly, but the main problem is the boat: it's too big. You're with 30 other people, and depending on which side of the boat you're sitting you might see a whale or miss everything. It becomes a contest to stand up higher than other people. I saw a few humpback whales, but I mostly saw the backs of people blocking my view. Meanwhile, people with another company were in a zodiac right next to us and had a much better view.
As good as it could be with rough waters at that evening. I got all explanations during the event on Englush even though my family was the only one needed it.
