Manque total de professionnalisme j'avais rendez-vous pour une excursion en zodiaque la rencontre des phoques de mer et l'heure du rendez-vous on m'annonce que l'excurtion est annule faute de coup de vent le vent tait presque nul toute l'aprs midi. Je devais certainement tre leur seul client cet aprs midi et je pense qu'ils ont dcid de ne pas sortir le bateau juste pour moi. Cela dmontre un manque de respect des clients et un manque de professionnalisme. Compagnie viter
This company offers sub par equipment. We rented a bicycle for my 12-year-old son and the front breaks jammed, the back wheel was loose and he was scared riding the steep hills at Forillion. The back break hardly worked. Thankfully park rangers were able to assist him so that he could bring back the rental.Unfortunately, when informing the company we received a minor apology but given that they put bikes in a dangerous condition in the hands of a 12-year-old this is not sufficient or acceptable.
